  • Akute und chronische Effekte verschiedener Krafttrainingsmethoden auf Biomarker des oxidativen Stresses
  • Analyse physiologischer und biochemischer Wirkungsmechanismen der muskulären Hypertrophie nach Blood Flow Restriction Training
  • Additive Effekte einer Proteinsupplementierung auf die krafttrainingsinduzierte Erhöhung der Muskelproteinsynthese und muskuläre Adaptionen
