Why are the names of the workshops and speaches so long (six-digit)?

The workshops and speaches numbers have four different areas.

The first number stands for the Level.

  • 3: Coaches Level 3 and below
  • 2: Coaches Level 2 and below
  • 1: Coaches Level 1

 

The second number stands for the day:

  • 1: Saturday
  • 2: Sunday

 

The third and fourth numbers represent the block:

  • 10: 9.00am-10.30am
  • 11: 9.00am-  9.45am (scientific part)
  • 12: 9.45am- 10.30am (scientific part)
  • 20: 11.00am-12.30am
  • 21: 11.00am-11.45am (scientific part)
  • 22: 11.45am-12.30am (scientific part)
  • 30: 14.00am-15.30am
  • 31: 14.00am-14.45am (scientific part)
  • 32: 14.45am-15.30am (scientific part)
  • 40: 16.00am- 17.30am
  • 41: 16.00am- 16.45am (scientific part)
  • 42: 16.45am- 17.30am (scientific part)

 

The fifth and sixth number is the identification for the room.

The workshop number "311005 - Flightelements on uneven bars I" for instance is an offer for all licence levels (3); it takes place on the first day (1) and at the first block from 9.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. (10) in the gym (05).
