Hardy Fink

1975-1983 - Founder and head coach of private gymnastics club - placed men and women on National Team.

1983-1988 - Lecturer in biomechanics and coaching science at University of British Colombia and head coach of both men's and women's varsity team

1988-2000 - Canadian Men's national Coach and High-Performance Director.

1988-2004 - Member of FIG Men's Technical Committee, including President 1996-2000

2005-2020 - Director of FIG Education and Academy Programs

As Director of FIG Education and Academy Programs, Hardy's courses, in all seven gymnastics disciplines, were presented at over 528 courses to over 9000 different coaches from 141 countries. The FIG Age Group Development and Competition Program that he developed for all disciplines, serves as a "recipe" for many dozens of gymnastics federations that do not have the resources or expertise to develop their own.
