Principal lecturer in the INEFC Lleida (since 1994) and Barcelona afterwards (since 1997). His teaching topics are: 1) Gymnastics and acrobatic sports, 2) Theory and methodology of Training and physical conditioning during paediatric ages.
PhD since December 15th of 2003. The title of his thesis is: “Testing, training and evolution of the jumping capacity in competitive artistic gymnastics.
He cursed a European Master degree in Biology of Physical Activity from the Department of Human Biology (August Krogh Institute, Copenhagen, Denmark), 1997.
His actual topics of research are: 1) Assessment and training of the jumping capacity, mechanical power and other strength related parameters 2) Muscle fatigue: modelling of force decrement with fatigue, neuromuscular assessment, study of central and peripheral factor to explain force decrement.
